Title: Gobble
Post by: stetto on November 23, 2017, 09:18:37 AM
We're preparing all the decadences the holiday can enumerate. My daughter the PuddinFace has acquired a severe case of the NotGoodForYous. So I rub in my favorites: homemade breadrolls, massive bacon-laced stuffing, butter-infused garlic potatoes, and her personal nemesis, GRRRRRRAVEEEEEE!!

She looks at me after my display of gnom-gnom and drool and sez

"Those are the food version of the four horsemen of the apocalypse!"

Love that girl. This will be our last TDay as a living together family. Trying to make it special.

Happy Thanksgiving, guys. You too, Nony....

Yep, getting ready to experience some 1st world problems of eating too much.   Kayla has decided she is vegan too, silly girl, veggies are for prey.  She will learn, in the mean time more for me!

Happy thanksgiving to all of you.

I'm a secondhand vegetarian.  Cows eat grass and I eat cows.  Problem solved!

Gravy should be its own food group...

Happy Turkey Day everyone!  You, too ,Nony...   :disturbed:

Enjoy your festivities everyone...we went to a Brazilian Steak House the other night (early Christmas dinner). 14 different cuts of beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and garlic sausage....they carve it right at the  table, and keep filling your plate until you say "whoa!".  I thought that I had exercised restraint by stopping well before the end.......but apparently not! I was so stuffed that I couldn't eat anything yesterday......and even today I couldn't look at a plate of turkey if I had to......I'm sure I'll get better!

Ugh, no. But we are recovering.

In a pang of food-baby guilt I let T talk me into ordering an eliptical machine for the upcoming New Years Resolution of Doom. Lord knows I need something.

Thanks for asking, Nony.

Still recovering, leftovers... too many leftovers.
