Hasselback potatoes, apple pie ham, and bacon wrapped asparagus was our gourmet Christmas eve dinner this year.....going out for dinner this evening to avoid turkey leftovers........

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all the Fubar Gang !!

We had a mini taco bar for Xmas eve, and then went in and ate ham and green beans (old people food) with my mother in law yesterday, but all and all its been a nice quiet Christmas, just like I like.

Ham and tamales for Christmas dinner yesterday.  The weather was beautiful, 72 degrees and severe clear, nice enough for the grandkids and I to have an epic Nerf war outside.

I hope all of you  had a good Christmas!

Me too, it was a horrible year in several ways for us, and yet have cause to be thankful, but still, despite the known challenges that are coming, hoping for a much better 2020, for everyone.

I don't remember ever to be so gleeful to see a year gone.

I'm glad the year is done as well.  It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, either.  High point for me was our road trip to Yellowstone, where I finally got to meet Honcho after a lot of years of online wondering.  It was worth the wait, hope I don't have to wait as long to see you or any of the Fubarians again.

I hope there's some good things coming this year...
