Stetto, these would have filled several freezers for you.
Freezers I'd have to acquire, Carl! Our main units, a 10.5 cube Monkey Wards chest and a stand up 20 cube Whirlpool, are packed to the seals with pork and beef (made a labor trade with the guy I want to take to Texas!!), and the secondaries, One over the beer fridge and a small 5.0 chest pantry freezer, are full of overflow from the beef & pork.
But I'm still trying to get Brad to load up his truck with gear. He's so busy since the government started this economic shutdown that he's getting 5 hours of sleep on a good night.
I would love to do a whole pig roast, though. I know, I know, they'll keep makin' more!!!
