Introduced this day, many, many years ago........
Well no, but profiles were never my draw to RC and still aren't. I did have a box fuse fun fly, it was fun while it lasted, but not robust enough to outlast hay feeders.
The good old days where small plane power was glow fuel and chicken sticks.
I didn't do a lot of profiles either, but my favorite was a Sig Ultimate with an OS46. It was a better airplane than I was a pilot! Lost it one day when it got edge on to me and I couldn't see my blue airplane against a blue sky. The engine survived and flew again, but nothing else did!
I guess the humor is lost on this young crew.....although I thought Buckaroo would have remembered. An April Fools joke that started in Australia and went around the world as the day progressed......
It was dinging some distant bell in my noggin, but memory ain't what it used to be and got lost with the ringing ears.
.....at least it rang bell....

Yeah, Don designed that plane after our fun with April Fools on the internet....
