Well, Stetto, it's either that or endless winters!  And, like I said, there aren't any skeeters.  Yet.   So far...And it's not quite as humid in wackoland Austin. Not quite....sort of....

80 degrees here now on the way to 92.  Summer came a bit early this year.

Well we got some more wet, not too much, about .6". But we dodged the bullet of tornadoes, high wind and hail, just barely. A couple miles east had every thing that was up flattened by hail.  Scottsbluff had many large trees and power poles go down due to high straight line wind.  North of us I saw something about 1.5" and washout on a road, but not sure where exactly. Tornadoes all over the place east and south from NE CO to central NE. We lost internet for about 3 hours, fortunately after the worst had passed over us already.

What a difference a couple rains make, looks like I will have to mow for real when it dries out.  Might be more today, high in the 50s and windy, but far less chance for severe stuff. 

Probably because I am not 24 and didn't want to pay out a huge malpractice when I fell over dead after handing me an aspirin and telling me to walk it off.  But yeah they are pretty cavalier spending a patients money.  I didn't even get anything for it, bloodwork showed no infections.  So apparently I am healthy as a horse...that falls down randomly. Welcome to American healthcare!

 It is getting better, still a little fuzzy when I step up quick on something high, like tractor steps, (good thing I don't have to do that.  )  but for the most part its a non issue other than annoyance.  Pretty soon I will have to find something else to complain about I suspect.

Hear is a possible kick in the head: I had that exact inner ear inflammation and accompaning dizziness when I was 24, and they nailed the diagnosis immediately, no test beyond the BP cuff, prescribed an antibiotic and a drug called Antivert to help with dizziness. I was all healed up within a couple days.

While I'm glad you got a few good doses of the eye candy, I have to wonder if they didn't see $$$$ stumbling in the door.
