This year has thrown us a number of challenges and near-disasters. We said permanent goodbyes to five people, including my Dad, and then had several things wear out, break down, or need replacement unexpectedly. It has been a tough year both emotionally and financially.

But the coming Christmas season gives us reason to lift our spirits, give thanks for what we do have, and wish each of you and your families the Merriest Christmas and the best of everyfhing in the new year! I feel nothing but good fortune that our paths have crossed.

Yep, Merry Christmas to all as well, may the blessings and peace of the season prevail.   Sorry about your dad nony,  we should take consolation there are no truly permanent goodbyes except to yesterday, and sometimes I'm dang glad of it.
