There was an incident out back last night...



I'm betting (hoping) it was one of the rabbits that I've been after. Not sure what got him, but they sure made a mess doing it. We have a small pack of coyotes roaming the neighborhood, but there have been wolf and bobcat/lynx sightings too. Then there's the ever-present owl, hawk and eagle population...

This is about 75 yards behind the house. I'm going to make my way back there later. The snow is hip deep and more back there, and me without my snowshoes...
