While it's quiet here in the bunker, I'd like to wish eveyone a very Merry Christmas. I hope that all of you can be with your family and friends and that Santa is good to you as well!

Here's also hoping we can finally get a Fubar reunion going next year. It's long overdue.

Grumpy here...

No, NOT Scrooge, just a little...Grumpy...

Tried sleeping without the meds last night. I kinda got that jonesy feeling comin' on (besides being just too darn happy), so I figgered I'd better nip it. Heck, it was only 15mg of hydrocodone every six hours or so. Not like I'm Gregory House or like that. I think I was right, too. Didn't get five minutes of shuteye. I'm switching to straight Tylenol.

My older daughter has the grambaby down with us, and he just entered the earpiercing screech-for-english phase of his toddlerism...Oh what fun! Loves his Paw-Paw too...

I spent a deal of time yestiddy standing in the garage, looking up at airplane stuff, reminiscing. At this point I'd be back on a buddy-box again.

Good Christmas everybody. Never mind me, I'm just tired of this immobilization B-S already.

Have a good ol' fashion sorta redneck Christmas with those you care for... We will have a small gathering but it should be fun..a lot of fun!!

Small gathering? There were 17 of us for Christmas dinner, it was amazing. We need a bigger table, dining room, house, etc....
