Gee, that's how you peel tomatoes, ya know...

Hmm,  I might feel a little red and plump....

It actually hit 101 according to my weather station.  95 today The new predicted low is 20 Tue night, with 27 on either side for lows and now they hint at possible accumulation, looks like growing season is done no matter if it warms up again.

It just keeps getting better.

Yup, and here we are. Frost tonight, freeze tomorrow night. I have a lot of veggies still trying to gain pickin' size, mostly peppers.

End of a screwy season, boys!

Could be worse I guess,  Casper had 10" and I saw pictures of soemwere west that had 3' drifts.   :eek5:  We had snow off an on yesterday, made it white on roofs and grass but melted as it came for the most part making it pretty soggy,  got to the high 30s, and as of right now 33 for a low, which is 10 degrees warmer than what they were saying, although its still cloudy, I imagine tomorrow night will be chilly.  I am going to have a lot of hay to knock down as soon as it gets dry enough to get on it.  :sadness:

Maybe at least it will damp down the fire areas some, the Cameron peak fire in CO west of Ft Collins ran away, it jumped from 30k to 95k in 36 hours, the wind shifted direction and it was making crown runs faster than people could drive, heading to the east where all the people live. Had them spooked enough they ordered a ton of evacuations basically 60 miles from where it had started up a canyon one over from where they evacuated people.  Hopefully its has a wet blanket on it now.

Boy, that's a hard one to follow...

No snow here, but 30° most of the morning and everything frosty white but where I got the sprinkler running. Never tried to ward off a hard freeze, but it's supposed to be temperate by tomorrow, so....

We finally got some much needed rain!! We are currently at 7.5 inches and still raining.

All of our mountains are snowpacked.

Wow Carl,  that's awesome.  I wish we would have got more, but looks like we got just a little over 1/2"  which is already soaked in and will be gone before we know.

As to my hard to follow post, it was pre coffee, leave me alone.  :disturbed:

If it is any consolation, I understood it.........I think.......

We dodged the bullet through all of this mostly, until last night, it's 30 right now, still dark, but I see a thick frost on windshields.

I'll be the first to let you know when I notice the Biden's Displexia symptoms beginning to show...

Finally stiopped raining,  finished up at 9 3/10ths.  All the stock tanks are full and the creek is running.

Onepoint

Thats is dang near what we get all year normally for rain, the rest is snow.  We got a couple more showers and are pushing almost an inch worth!  At least its enough for some honest mud puddles and didn't disappear within hours

We're used to seeing the occasional smoke haze from fires in Manitoba and Ontario, but this Califorknia stuff is thicker...

Go figure, CA is exporting their gloom, doom, and environmental malfeasance all the way to northern Mn...
