Glad y'all didn't suffer any of the bad stuff.  Nothing but hot here, been 100+ for the last week with 100+ forecast for the next 10 days.

Onepoint

ugh, we are going to bounce around between high 90s and some high 80s, but with a chance of thunderstorms, which right now only means maybe some hail, or worse lightening in the dry grass.  Already been a couple big grass fires in the area.

Took the mutts out for a walk at 0700 this morning and it was already 83 degrees. The sun hadn't cleared the trees yet.  It rained a little last night, so the humidity is in the mid 100's.

On the bright side, I got new garage doors installed yesterday to replace the 50 year old wood ones that were original to the house.  They are insulated, so my garage may once again become a habitable place to do stuff in....

Dry here. The apocalyptics are back with doom reports, but our 90°+ days @ 15-20% humidity are actually quite nice. They're hitting the hunnerts in the Arkansas Valley tho, not good for pepper growing 😕.

We got our 1st measurable rain since late may I think, 2/10ths! Didn't even come with nay hardstuff or twirly wind, just a good ol down pour for a little bit.  It will be all gone to where you wont know by afternoon today, but it was nice to get up with it damp for a change.

It's only 83 so far, been raining on and off all day.  Someone said there's a bit of a storm coming... :disturbed:

We hit all of 80 yesterday, mostly 70s all day, a little breezy, downright cool for this time of year, still dry though.

I hope you have your hip waders on though Jaime, looks bad all over around Houston right now.

Really windy right now, but not as much rain as I thought there would be.  Downtown Galveston is flooded as usual.  Still have power, and my daughter's back fence blew down, but so far we're all fine.

Power went out just after my last post and his been out ever since. We got lucky, oldest son had power back Monday night, so we bugged out and went there.  I was at the house yesterday to empty out the fridge. Been in the mid 90s with high humidity, though it's supposed to start raining later this morning.  Still a bunch of people without power and no one is happy with the electricity provider right now...

Had a thundersprinkle roll through yesterday afternoon, unfortunately it brought more lightning than rain,  and we got this to the west of us now.

Over an inch of rain while we slept last night. Forecast  :eusa_think: says a repeat performance is scheduled for tonight.

No hail so far, but being at the foot of the Rocky Mountains creates a lot of flooding without massive amounts of Iluvia...

Raining here, too, for the last three days.  We've probably gotten four or five inches in that time and it's drizzling now.  They say it'll be like this into next week, then it will get hot and muggy again..

Onepoint

We have been dry and burning up, 103 yesterday with a 20mph wind.  Then we are going to bounce back and forth between mid 90s and low 100s, with chance of thunder in there a couple times until august they tell us.  At least mowing has not been a problem to keep up with.

Hey West Texas, you & Billy Sue had a rumbler this morning then?

Be OK, please.
