He is in CO Springs, about 50 miles south of Denver or so.  Home to the USAF academy and FT Carson, one of the larger army bases.  Also home to the Cowboy hall of fame.

Yeh, like Eric sed. Still getting used to traffic and excruciating dry air, but it's a fairly nice town with an above average violent crime rate.

We're in a neighborhood called Holland Park in the northwest part of town. Pretty nice and quiet, but for handful of garbage trucks going by every day during the week. I swear there are 50 waste companies here...

Our boy stayed back in MN, they're having a rough winter so far. Glad we aren't having to keep that old house warm this year.

Glad to see you're entering the Buc'ee's universe!  Say what you will about the place, it's nothing short of amazing.  It's funny, the smallest Buc'ee's is right up the road from Roger in Giddings, TX.  It's normal gas station size, which is really weird if you've been to any of the others.

We stopped at one just outside of Texas Motor Speedway. It was like an airport terminal.

You gotta give it up for these guys, expanding like they are. Once the greenies are done banning gasoline, I have a hard time believing Buc-ees will get by selling fudge & barbecue sauce...

Slumming no more!

We're about to overpay for an 1100 sq ft hut on the very east edge of CO Springs. 3 beds, 2 baths crammed into that footage with a nice 20X20 Trex deck and what they call "xeriscape" front and back, nary a blade of grass to be seen. Terrin loves it, I could go for more propity, but the dude shall abide.

Built in 2002 and really well maintained. It'll be nice if I can survive the next month...

Don't know if the zany address will work. That's OK, y'all will be stopping by sooner or later. Our inspector told me he's never had a property so perfect, except for lack of a monoxide monitor.
