Mighty nice seems to me.  I mean you can't go shoot in the back yard, but don't have to mow it either.

stetto

Get jiggy wit de typos, Jaime... :notworthy: try 1100.

Yah Honcho, the no mowing aspect appeals, but Terrin actually nixed a 40 acre with two houses deal in Calhan that was the SAME PRICE. That was a sad day indeed.

She owes me a greenhouse. I'm holding her to it...

Onepoint

Oh, that's a bummer. I guess she has had enough of living way out of town.  Calhan is pretty far east in the flats isn't it?   I mean like '100 miles still too close for me' far, but not a quick drive to the springs for a commute.

stetto

Yeah, it's a ways out, buts also the Ssprings insists on slowly sprawling in that direction. We have friends there who make the commute and don't mind it at all.

Besides, one day my kids could parse out quarter acre lots or sell to a developer and make their inheritance lucrative... :disturbed:  :eusa_clap: :P

We close maƱana @ 11 am. Just got back from a grueling high elevation mountain vacation. Now the fun starts, who wants to help?

Onepoint

So a home owner again, with the added punishment of moving. Congrats! I'd come help but... (insert any excuse short of cutting off another limb... and even that would be mulled over)

Mom and I were discussing how many things we lost in her move, we had an auction house come and take stuff she didn't need, and they took most anything that they could pick up that she didn't stop them from taking apparently.

stetto

Hmm, auction house...

We're moving into a house with half the footage of of the one we're in which is half the footage of the one we sold in MN.

I might be opening a hardware/department store in the garage just to accommodate getting a vehicle into it...
