Its hard to get my mind wrapped around this already.





She has done pretty well in a class that has really stood out altogether.   Earlier this year she was chosen to sing in the all state choir.   Also had some artwork chosen to go to a state show/competition as well as getting volunteered to go for 3 days to Casper  with her teachers from the district and help the in the set up and organization for the event.   Last Thursday she had her last school concert, and she was awarded the Senior Honors for choir during awards presentation.   

Yeah, my chest is all puffed up.   

Man, time flies. Yep, there's nothin' like a kid done good, and we all seem to have them--Who'd a thunk it?

Hey, I stripped and repainted about half of the buildings at L-triple-C. It was my first foreman job at Fisher Decorating (Owners have--or had--a hunting cottage a mile to your east.  ).

Heh, small world, its not Fishers anymore though, it just sold for the 2nd time since they owned it so we have some new neighbors again.

We all seem to be following in the Grand Fubarian Tradition! Nony's boy, Ron's kids, Jaime's, heck, it kinda gives one a great feeling of hope for the future, don't it?

Congrats, Honcho!  Looks like she has a bright future ahead of her!

And it's like deja vu all over again!  David will be 18 next week and will graduate 5 days after that.  He's already been accepted to Lamar University in beautiful downtown Beaumont, TX, where he'll play 2nd bass drum for the Lamar Cardinal drumline and marching band.  His last high school concert is Friday, where we're hoping he gets the high school's band scholarship...   Funny how those things all seem to happen at once.
