My son took this picture from his office at FL380 over Oklahoma. This was the storm spawing the Sunday tornados that killed 2 people..... todays tornado was much more deadly.  Still I would not want to be looking at something like that coming at me!!

I lived in Joplin, Tulsa and the Russelville Arkansas area for a combined amount of 6 years. Spring can be terrifying down there.

If you are going to see a tornado, that the best place from I think, 4 miles high and heading away at 400 knots.
