Today is youngest daughter Danni's 30th birthday.  The night she was born, I was on the stabilizer of a 727 in the hangar in El Paso, replacing the trim quadrant.  The PA came alive, my boss's voice announcing "Hey Jaime, it's tiiiiiime!"  It doesn't seem like that long ago.  I guess time flies when you're having fun.

All of my kids were little when I started hanging out with all of you.  And I'm proud to know every one of you, even though I haven't met some of you.  Here's to us.  God help the world if we ever all end up in the same old folks home....  :disturbed:

Heh, I didn't even have kids, now she is all grown up and gone.   I don't know if the world could handle us all together in one spot all the time.  But if it happens, I'm going to have to find a way to rig the wheel chair races.

One winter, many years ago, I was watching a couple of our guys sweeping snow off a 727 stab (This was before safety harnesses came into use.) First thought through my mind "that is a lonnnng way down to the concrete!"

30 years, man. I was a year away from first crossing paths with Terrin, living a very different adolescence.

Happy Day to Danni, Jaime! You old poofster you....(A&P guys love being called poofsters, just can't figure it)....
