Uhg, I'm not seeing any 50 and 60s in the forecast, even long range.  Looks like 20s are 30s are the rule now. We are dry, one barely measurable snow since 1st of Oct, and it looks it, we are crunchy dry. And so far doesn't look too promising, we have settled into a pattern of 20 to 30mph constant wind broken by occasion hurricane force stuff ahead of fronts coming through, several places have seen gusts in the 90s, some even had 115 mph gusts last week, mostly west and along the I-80/ I-25 corridors, but we have had a couple days I saw some 50s on my anemometer which is somewhat protected depending which way its blowing.  Not much fun here right now for sure. 

84 degrees today, supposedly set a record for the hottest January 1st ever here in the swamp.  Supposed to be in the mid 30s tonight when the cold front hits a bit later ..

We got our wake-up call it's winter, its zero right now, had a couple inches of blowing snow last night, but thankfully the wind is zero as well, so it's fairly tolerable. 

Just cold and sunny up here! We got a relative reprieve today when it warmed up to zero.....but back in the deep freeze for the coming week.

11° for the low yesterday & today. I'll take it. Got mebbe an inch last night, but will be back in the 50s this week.

Would one of you please close the gate?  It's 41 degrees right now, which would not be too bad if not for the 30mph north wind.  At least the sun is shining...

Sorry man, it is frozen open and covered in ice, and that cold North wind is blowing right through.....☃️ 🥶

It went from 78° to 30° in a day here! Of course, high winds, rain, and lightning ushered it all in. Wayne, or anybody up north please close that damn door... 

This winter thing is just annoying, yesterday wasn't so bad as things go, almost 50 and calm, this morning wind is already to 30, supposed to be 45mph by afternoon with 65mph gusts.  Followed by sideways snow starting tonight, up to 8" depending on where it sets up and then low teens for highs and low negative teens for lows tomorrow.  Feeding cows is always so much fun in that stuff.   

Well, looks like one of you got that gate partially closed, just enough to blow all that ice into Virginia!!

68 degrees and severe clear here after a chilly 38 degree night.  It's supposed to warm up for a few days, then get cooler, but not as cool as a few days ago.  It would be nice to get that gate closed completely.  Work on that, would ya??   

Jaime, I coulda swore you Texicans learned your lesson last winter. Relax, it's good for the pores.
