After a miserable, wet weekend, the sun finally came out and it's been beautiful here the last few days.  72 yesterday, should be 74 today.

40's and 50's here the few days...most of the snow is gone......

50s and 60s here all week, today was 40s and rain. But feels pretty springy for being early February.

We interrupt this interruption to return to our regularly scheduled season - Winter!

Woke up to 16° this morning. Around 2.5" on the ground, the light fluffy kind you could create quite the localized blizzard with the right leaf blower or industrial fan...

"They" claim a high of mid 30s today, then slowly warmer through the week till the next snowstorm...

IOW our nice tilt-a-whirl winter continues...

We dodged this one, but just east and especially south got it pretty good, Greeley CO got over a foot I hear. Its 40 already here today, melting off our little bit of freezing rain we got yesterday, supposed to be 50s until the end of the week when we get another front.

Can't decide whether it's winter or spring here. 38 degrees this morning on the way to mid 60s.  Then we have a week of warm before it drops back into the 30s and 40s again for a day or two.  Then it will be March, and the Canadians can have their cold back!  :icon_mrgreen:

We have been not so bad lately, running in the 50s and nice, until yesterday.  Winter came back from break and didn't like our enjoying the weather.  Our 1-3" turned into 5" or more, our lows in the teens turned into -5 this morning.  Supposed to warm up, but get windy they say now.

Could be worse I suppose, my cousin in Rapid city said they have at least 14"

We had a severe fog bank settle in yesterday @ 25°. It left a half inch of ice. Then 3" of snow to conceal the ice.

Definitely a lounging at home weekend.

I think sprang is about to sprung.  78 degrees yesterday, should be into the low 80s today.  We might get a few more cooler days in the coming weeks, but thanks to whoever finally shut the gate up north, life here is good again!   :icon_mrgreen:

Feelin kinda springy here too, 50s and 60s, had a rumble of thunder yesterday.  Not usual for this time of year, a wake up call is scheduled for next week they say though.

Looking at +/-60° today, ahead of a storm these poor weather people can't seem to get their heads around.

Gonna go to the driving range today, I actually shot a 52 last Friday,  yeah, 20 over, but my best yet...

We have been bouncing around but trending cooler. Last I checked which was yesterday we were supposed to be high 40s with some possible snow showers, I just looked and now it says high of 35, 40% chance of snow after 2 pm. Wut hoppen?  :disgust:

Spent the last couple days herding a tree service around the yard trying to clean up or cut down the dead and dying trees, 2 of which were hit by lightening last year. I guess the weather held out for that at least, and I have fire wood now.

jetmex

No need for firewood here.  Temps in the low 80s the last few days and everything is covered with a layer of that lovely yellow oak pollen.  It's supposed to rain tomorrow (yeah, right) and then back to our usual spring weather.  The tree in our backyard went from bare to full leaves in about 30 seconds... :disturbed:
