The kids threw a birthday party for me yesterday at Jimmy's place in Conroe.  The whole family was there and we had a wonderful time.  The food highlight of the day was this thing called a FUBAR (I'm not making this up), which is a poblano pepper stuffed with brisket, sausage, cheese and onion wrapped in bacon and grilled.  Good doesn't begin to describe it, but let's just say one's cholesterol would go up a few points just getting a whiff of it. They're from a place called Stone Cold Meat Market in Conroe, TX.... So if a FUBAR reunion ever happens here in the swamp, let me know and I'll get some.
