Much cooler and a lot of drizzle today.  Nice enough to get out in the garage and get some work done on the GP Phantom I'm trying to restore.

We have a shot of summer again, 90s for the last couple days and today, supposed to drop back a little to a comfy 75 to 80 something, but then a shock to the system with a string of low 60s in the forecast.  But then it will be the middle of Oct by then, have to quit expecting Texas weather in WY despite it being closer to the former all year.

42 here this morning at 5:30,  I thought maybe we saw our last 90 for the year yesterday, but apparently Friday and Sat are going to give us a last hurrah. Monday they are calling for 52 for a high,  and the following Friday I am seeing 30s for lows, I have to clean all the crap I have thrown on top of the wood stove off over the summer, because its going to be used.

Beautiful morning today, 71 and severe clear. That hurricane Iasaaiaiahaiahh is going to pass well east of us, far enough that we won't even get any rain.  Still getting hot in the afternoons, but the humidity is dropping a bit.  It'll be nice to be able to sit outside in the evenings again.

This morning, the water from the cold water faucet was actually.......cold!!  First time since last March.  62 degrees....

What the heck, woke up this morning, and its so foggy can't see the road in front of the house. Didn't rain, not even as humid as a couple mornings but for some reason we have a cloud parked on us.

Another day of summer.  97 today with the heat index above 100.  The weather guessers say there's a real cold front coming later in the week.  We'll see....

They are talking freeze here tomorrow night, one guess is 25 the other  is 27, they keep pushing it out, but it's going to happen soon.

 It was cool enough to fire up the wood stove for the 1st time last night. Only 50 for a high today supposedly, though we are at 46 now and no where near daylight. Once this front goes away its supposed to warm up and be pleasant for several days.

Holy cow some sort of wet stuff is coming from the sky, its dark out but I suspect its not a prank by neighbors.

Fall fell. 72 degrees right now, supposed to be in the low 50s tonight.  Maybe rain?

2 3/10's inches of rain yesterday! Woke up this morning to 53 degrees!❤️❤️. Man does it feel good!

We've got that 53 degree stuff here today. 90's just a couple days ago and we got 1.2 inches. Well, it is October ya know. And friggin leaf season is descending upon us.

Heh, well we don't need to worry so much about leaves falling all at once, they have been sparse and falling for most of late summer. We lost several trees because of the drought that were old and fragile as it was.

 Got down to 28 night before last, but actually was warmer than they predicted.
