so, what if you charged those 48 people $10 a head to cover refreshments?........

We would instanyaneously come under the jurisdiction of agencies, bureaus, regulations, subject to inspections and codes...The list continues. That is why we charge nothing. The farther we are from the money, the harder it is for the government to shut us down or bilk us into bancruptsy (six of one, half doz--oh, you know).

I'm not complaining about the money we put into these shows, but so many people assume we're "in business", and we. are. not. Dunnuh wannuh be, too...
