New look and upgrade

I decided to upgrade to the latest version of the forum software. Didn't realize it would look so different, but it seems to be working well.  let me know if something doesn't

Uh, other than the annual snowflake return, no change on my end...

Yeah,  I changed the theme back to the old one, I can't stand new things I guess.  Well that and it was too bright and hard on my eyes. 

Most of the changes are subtle, like how you post but mostly admin stuff.
