We are living on both sides of freezing....above during the day, so everything is mushy and muddy from all the sand they put on the roads. Then it freezes again overnight, so they put more sand on the road......mud races anyone?

Onepoint

I knew what mud was yesterday, today anyone up for ice skating?

jetmex

Still lots of mud here, but at least all the mosquitoes froze to death!

Not too many times you can say "I'm glad I got a snow blower".

Today is one of those times!!

We got bupkis for any real snow. They got over 15 inches in the cities a couple days ago, us, nada.

I think the Texas contingent gots more than us....

We have been overly blessed with generous quantities of snow, and it is still falling.

If antbody wants some, don't hesitate to ask.....😄

Wow, I just looked at the radar over your house, it looks like it isn't going anywhere.

Well, your pipes are safe now..... :disturbed:

Onepoint

We had a couple snows, one over XMAS and one 2 weeks later. I just made a trip to CO yesterday, and we have more snow in our little 5 mile radius than anyone within 60 miles.  Everyone else got less and it melted off mostly while we are still all white  mostly.  Complete opposite of what we were all fall. We were warmer and dryer than everyone around us.  Must be global climate change.   ::)

And somebody has a layover in Peurto Valliarta and is sending me pictures of palm trees.....🧐

We finally had some snow with moisture in it.  Lol .39 of an inch but we will take it.  Went 97 days without measureable moisture.  Yeah that drizzle once or twice really adds up I tell ya.

We were like that from the end of Sept right up until xmas, and then it decided to be winter for real, so far.  I don't mind the moisture, but why does it have be cold... and wet... and windy... and cold... with clouds.

stetto

We're not bone dry but this hasn't been a "wet" winter by any means.

Colder than Billy Blue though. Funny, got up to 6° above today with full sun, and the roads are awash with slush.

jetmex

It's cold.  It's hot.  It's dry.  It's wet.  Not always in that order.  The weather guessers are beside themselves trying to figure out what will happen next.  Right now, the sun is shining, the birds are chirping and it's 44 degrees outside.  An Arctic cold wave of epic proportions...

Thank you Mother Nature!  -35 and windy for a week, then yesterday it warms up and we got rain!! ....and it froze overnight.....ice, ice everywhere!

Onepoint

We got to 65 yesterday,  actually started to dry up some of the mud and melt the ice in the shade.  Summer was great, today 5 degrees and snow, back to the ice age.
