Holding pattern here, temps floating back & forth between -5 at night and 15-20 daytime, no end in sight.

But we are heading into our "wettest" time of year, March. We got a few inches last night and are supposedly looking at snowfalls of the fame every 3 days until April.

Weather guys have been wronger this last year than any I remember. They keep picking the wrong computer models. I think the computers need left out on the sports writers desk.....

70 here at noon yesterday, cold front rolled in, rain started, 4.5 inches in 5 hours, temp dropped to 32, then the freezing rain and sleet started.  Never got above 29 today, and everything is frozen solid.

We are a bit early into the zee-row viz fog & mush season, but after a tiring below zero winter I'm glad to see it. Mid 30s daytime, down to 0-to-10 at night.

Gonna start my tuhmaters and peppers this week. A good head start for zone 3 growing..... :disturbed:

Foot of snow the previous weekend....now warm and sunny and melt water everywhere....
They are calling for snow flurries all next weekend.

Onepoint

We have been trying to be springy here, tries to get warm during the day, but takes a long time and doesn't stay warm long with lows down in the 20 and teens some nights, but it dried out after getting a lot of cold and snow in Jan into Feb. followed by a lot of wind which has dried everything out again.   Supposed to get a shot of snow tomorrow night, we'll see.

So far a pretty agreeable March here, melting days and freezing nights, river dwellers love it because it holds the floods at bay.

Politicians hate it because they can't shill for taxpayer money to build flood diversions. It's all really entertaining...

supposed to get to 90 tomorrow.

Please post pictures of you & Joyce running through the sprinklers.

We'd certainly do it for you.....

Well so much for that early spring thing, rained last night, turned to snow at some point and we have  a very sticky couple inches.  At least its fairly warm hovering just under freezing, which is good, I have several cows just about ready to pop.

Frazz

we got .17 inches of rain out of that.
To understand true love, lock your dog and your wife in the trunk of your car for an hour and then see which one is glad to see you when you come back

It's Snot Week in Minnesotakstan. Lots of moisture, coming down in 2-3 different forms, often at the same time. One year we had Snot Month, but that doesn't happen as often as folks are led to believe.

Temperatures hover steady from 32° to 40°, guaranteeing a little something for everybody. Except me. I'd like some sun....

Got to use my snow blower last weekend.....then a mini spring during the week.....more snow tomorrow

Spring has finally sprung here, announced by tons of yellow pollen falling out of the sky.  Low temps have been in the 60's, highs in the low 80's and the humidity is starting to return.  Not many mosquitoes or love bugs, I think the ice back in January took care of them.

You're likely going to pay for that comment, Jaime. The bugs usually overcompensate for extreme weather. Ask me or Nony....

We're porpoising this week. One day 3 inches of snow, next day 45 degrees, next day 3 inches of snow.

We were darn near all melted away, too.

Suppose to be arctic by Easter (they claim 19 degrees), that doesn't happen too often, even here.
