We had a relatively warm winter until the middle of Jan, but had a lot of very high wind, even for WY, 105mph just west of us? Who ordered that stuff.   We have had 200% of normal snow for Feb so they say, but it was only about 8" of some cold dry snow that is melting down to little real moisture.  And of course wind again today that takes our mild feeling 33 degrees to about 19 windchill.

Yes, I am never happy with the weather.  :icon_razz:

You'd fit in well with the local agrarians. Genetics?

Oh look! They found some new weather that we haven't had yet:

Quote.   Partly cloudy. 60 percent chance of showers overnight with risk of a thunderstorm.

Unrelated except by occupation.  And I should know, I question a lot of peoples ancestry.  :disturbed:

What a difference a week makes.  Last Wednesday about this time it was 26 degrees with wind chill into single digits.  Today it's 80 degrees and cloudy, looks like it should be freezing but sure doesn't feel like it.  Hopefully we're done with that winter crap so all of you in the great white north can continue to enjoy it!   :disturbed:

Careful there, mouthy. We sent you folks a taste.  :icon_evil:

So long as y'all don't send the full course, we'll all be fine!

BTW - it's 74 degrees on South Padre right now, and 72 here in the swamp.... 8) 8)

These sugar beet nibblers in local weather guessing positions are giving us a different forecast from the one just a day before. Last night they claimed single digit lows and 20s for the next ten days, this morning it magically switched to lows in the teens and 30s & 40s for highs. You can NOT plan a backyard BBQ by these buffoons. Or a walk to the mailbox...

But hey, they are the AUTHORITY, right?

Mini freeze happening up here (18 below tonight), but back above freezing by Monday.....with a bit of snow to remind us what season we are in....

We have had the usual cold dry and windy, around the mid to high 30s, but tomorrow and especially later in the week its supposed to be warm, like almost 60s warm...and windy.  :eusa_wall:

48 ( on the plus side!!!) today, and supposed to be warm and sunny all week.

Bye bye snow! (That may hurt us in the spring if there is not enough moisture in the soil....)

The sun is out (!) for the first time in nearly two weeks, but it is a bit colder than it has been lately.  60's for the next week or so, but it will drop into the 30's for a few nights later on.

Onepoint

64 today, but windy, so it felt cooler, still not knocking it considering.

I see the weather "forecasters"  :eusa_eh: here are as sensationalist in Callaway. UP TO FIVE FEET OF SNOW? Everyone around us says that translates to 3-5 inches, but hey, 5 feet is a great attention getter. So far 60s have been our week.

Thought we'd stop by on Thusday, Honcho, if you'll have us.
