Wow, one week apart, and just down the road from each other. We were wed in the Cheyenne Presbyterian Church. The next day they closed all the roads in and out of town. We snuck out the night before.... 8)

I don't think it was that bad down south, I know the day of it was not too bad, partly cloudy, a little cool and damp was all.  We had the ceremony in my moms big old farmhouse in Wellington.  We were lambing and had to pull a lamb that morning, right after that we got cleaned up and dressed ready for the people to show up.  I should have seen the rest of my life coming at that point.  :icon_smile:  We got out late that night and made it to a bed and breakfast in Estes park by about 10pm, and it was snowing up there some by then, but I was so wiped out by then I didn't care.   I do seem to recall a lot of snow the next day driving around.
