Aye, we be roller coastin' into Spring this year. 50s just4 days ago, then single digits and WIND (not 70 knots, though), then this weekend "they" forecast upwards of 60s. I'll be happy to get out of the season without having to pay for another plow-out.

stetto

OK, at the risk of having it rubbed in, can I get a weather report for the next week south of....Oh....Maybe Dallas? The PuddinFace is really looking forward to sunning on the coast over the weekend, gotta have sunshine and NOOOOO TORNADOES (I know it's that time of year, used to live in Tulsa).

It's going to be cold this Thursday and next Monday. The rest will be cool but not bad. Wear warm clothes as those two days the temperature is supposed to drop all the way down to 68.

I remember in Phoenix when temps got down into the 60s and the parkas started showing up. Sounds like a wonderful weekend coming up!

stetto

It got to over 80 up here yesterday. The wind was like Wyoming though. Can't just have a nice day, can we...

Onepoint

We got near 80 here, and I guess the wind was shipped up to you, but we are in for a big spring surprise from the sound of it.  Big low anchored on the 4 corners is pumping moisture up from the gulf and supposed to dump on us for the next several days, talking 2 to 4' of snow in the hills and  1-4" of wet here whatever form that it comes in. they are saying Cheyenne should expect like 12" of white stuff.

Looks like we are about to get wet for an extended period. Starting this evening and going through next Thursday.  Predicting 2-4 inches of rain Saturday and Sunday with flash flooding a very real possibility.

Man, Honcho be right. That system is sittin' and spinnin' about 200 miles west of us, drawing all the way down to west of Carl. I heard five feet in the mountains outside of Denver.

Dry as a bone here. But windy. I'll take the dry, for now. Rain would ruin too much of my day.

Onepoint

We had about 3/4" of rain so far, nothing like they were predicting, looks like its hanging east and south so far.

Warm, dry, and windy here.........it could be a dry dusty summer....

5+ inches of rain last night.

I was checking the radar this morning and saw the mess you folks have yourselves in. North Texas is even wetter.

We've had two really nice, mild winter/spring cycles back to back up here, doesn't bode well.

stetto

I take that north Texas part back, Roger. I jus read where Houston got 16+.

Poor Jaime must be breathing through a straw!!

Onepoint

We got a bit lucky, a good amount of mositure, timed just right and not too much, about 1.3" some of it being about 3" of wet snow.  But ya know I 'll take it with out any news worthy storms.

Stetto,
Our rain gauge maxes at 5". From the look of our tank, we got a whole lot more. BTW tank = pond
