Sorry to hear that, we're wetter than just about ever up here...Don't wanna poke any Texan bears, tho  :'(...

We lost the rest of our honeycrisp last night. Saved some apples, and there's a small branch still intact, but I have a feeling this tree won't survive winter.

Well, it begins....predicting frost next week.

Yeah, no frost here yet, but low 40s for a low this morning, definitely are turning seasons now.

ETA- I take that back, we had a frost last night, bit some of the broadleaf weeds and the pumpkins pretty good.

As much as I love the Fall up here that first frost is a painful thing. I have a lot of chiles to bring in, will start tomorrow morning. Spuds and onions will be ok, green beans maybe no....

Onepoint

Gotta love fall, frost yesterday, 94 frickin degrees today.

Yay !!!   Summer is back....after a couple of wet dreary months....

Onepoint

We had a couple wet dreary days, almost  got the bottom of the rain gauge wet.

stetto

Miserable dreary rain and drizzle here. I have a 50 foot gutter that has decided to clog right in the middle somewhere, water pouring over the side into a sliding entry door. Time to install a downspout...

Well, so much for it being "fall".  99 degrees here today with high humidity and heat indexes in the low 100's. At the rate we're going, we might not get any snnnnnnn..........ssssssss..........that white stuff until next year.  And I was so looking forward to getting a Ski-Doo.......

Onepoint

Yeah we hit 93 yesterday,  teens humidity, but that's changing, depending on which guesser you listen to,  low 60s maybe only 50s for highs this weekend, and lows in the 30s. and may be even some of that stuff they call "rain" though I think its just a myth made up by people who have never been here.

Onepoint

Oh my, I guess the easy days are coming to an end, it's been nice, really warm and no wind to speak of, and very dry.  But later this week, they are saying depending where this low sets up, we could be in for 40s for a high and s- s- snow showers.  :sadness:    It would be nice to have some sort of transition from summer to winter instead of one day be sweating the next huddled around the wood stove.

Nothing much to report up here at the north pole......wind, rain, thunder, lightning, wind, sunshine and cooler temps......pretty boring stuff.......

stetto

Yep, the party seems to be over. 30s for lows now, below 32 forecast later this week.

I have a s-sn-sno-snow blower that needs service or a sledgehammer, haven't decided....

stetto

77 yesterday. Snow possible today. Welcome to Minnesota. If you don't like the weather, wait a minute....

Sunday we hit 92 after a low of 34 then night before, was supposed to be maybe 80 for a high, today mid 60s, tomorrow mid 50s low of freezing,  roller coaster fall temps sure make it tough to get used to anything, I am either dying from heat or freezing right now.
