Yeah baby.  Today for lunch its tuna salad sandwiches or the salad on crackers, that's how my wife likes it.  Texted our kids and asked them whose mouth is just a watering for said sandwiches.  Apparently wife and I are the only ones who dare eat such a vile meal.

You're living way to rich for me, Frazz.  All I had was grilled chicken fajitas with some homemade pico on flour tortillas. 

Tuna?   

I'm having left over pizza, but no tuna shall pass these lips even at the cost of eating salads straight for a week.

Few meals here come out of a can, though tuna (yum!) is one...Spam is another....

Today was homemade chicken & wild rice soup day.

So are we reporting our daily lunch menus now? Ron, you don't know the can of tuna you just opened...

Homemade chickens are real, more the size of a capon, the factory chickens are more "picture of chicken". We haven't eaten factory in maybe 15 years.

Our Spam consumption has us buying cases at a time at Costco. One versatile protein!!

Oh, today: Andouille and baked VELVEETA mac & cheese.

I love andouille, so much that I'm going to try to make my own with a mix of whitetail venison...but that's for another lunch...

Well, I bought an outdoor griddle.  Son had one and did a bunch of cooking on it when we went to Oklahoma this winter.  Decided I wanted one but a smaller one,  This one is 22" and his is 36", but he is feeding 6 at his house. 

So this is teriyaki beef I marinated and stir fry veggies.  Wife cooked rice in the house. 

We have the 17" Blackstone, and it is amazing!

I went to that website you posted Stetto.  I have not had spam at least since I was a kid.  But, lo and behold I find a hot pepper forum with someone I know in there posting.  Most in there it seems likes spam.  Anyway I never dreamed there would be a forum on that.  Learned something today.

Heh Ron, I actually have only two forums on the cyber planet that I post in with any gusto, that's the other one...love them hot peppers!

The Buckaroo would find their guns thread a might entertaining too (it's in the Lounge), there's a fella from Kentucky there bent on owning at least one of everything there is....

You guys post as often as I get luc... nevermind.  So what you been cooking on yer griddle balsam?  I made a stir fry with the stir fry noodles and teriyaki beef with yellow squash and zucchini and onion.  Was as good as Panda Express. 

We got it for camping, but since we can't go anywhere, it is set up on my back deck. We do mainly breakfast stuff...sausages, eggs, hotcakes, hashbrowns, omelettes

Well trying this picture thang again.  We finally scored a pork loin after looking for a couple months.  I cut it up into chops and the two ends of loin I cut into squares so I could do a pork stir fry.  If the picture shows up, this is what it looked like.  Yep, we are into fancy plates in case you were wondering.

Zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, onions, and pork. Used some Hokkien stir fry noodles and PFChangs Kung Pao to finish it.  I'm telling ya, It was delicious.
